The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them through phone, email, and social channels. Your main goal is to qualify leads, build rapport, and schedule discovery calls for our Sales Account Executive. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our pipeline stays full of high-quality opportunities that can be converted into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and social touches to prospective leads generated from paid ads, inbound forms, and cold outreach lists
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and ensuring they fit our ideal client profile before booking an appointment
  • Schedule discovery calls on behalf of the Sales Account Executive, ensuring accurate calendar management and timely follow-up
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all outreach and interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads that have shown interest but haven’t yet scheduled a call
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, conversations, and booked appointments
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
  • A self-started that isn’t happy with the base salary
  • 2+ years of experience in prospecting, appointment setting, or sales (preferably digital marketing or B2B services)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
  • English proficiency required

  • Don’t like logging calls, texts, emails, or notes in a CRM system
  • Plan to hit your call metrics by calling people and hanging up on them

 Commission
  • Monthly commission based on hitting KPIs (i.e. appointment hold-rate, number of booked appointments, etc)
