The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Specialist to own the setup, management, and optimization of our and our client accounts inside GHL. You’ll be responsible for building funnels, automations, campaigns, and reporting that drive measurable results. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending marketing strategy with systems and automation. You’ll work closely with our account managers, sales team, and co-founders to ensure every client is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Setup & Customization: Configure new client accounts in GHL, including domains, integrations, and custom values.
  • Funnels & Landing Pages: Build, test, and optimize client-facing funnels and websites using GoHighLevel’s drag-and-drop builder.
  • Automations & Workflows: Create and maintain automations for lead nurturing, appointment reminders, and follow-up campaigns via email and SMS.
  • Email & SMS Campaigns: Design and deploy high-converting campaigns, including list segmentation and scheduling.
  • CRM Management: Set up pipelines, opportunities, and reporting dashboards to ensure clients have full visibility into their leads and ROI.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve client technical issues inside GHL quickly and accurately.
  • Collaboration: Work with our internal team to align automations and funnels with client goals and ensure timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/automation platforms)
  • Hands-on knowledge of funnels, automations, pipelines, triggers, and campaign setup
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, especially lead generation and follow-up
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills — comfortable figuring things out on the fly
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
  • Great communication skills – able to explain technical setups in simple terms to non-technical team members and clients
