The Role

We’re seeking a hungry, results-oriented Sales Account Executive to help us grow our client base. You’ll be responsible for inbound lead follow up, managing a sales pipeline, and closing new business opportunities. You will work alongside a BDR that will be focused on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and sales support. This role reports directly to one of our co-founders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads from paid ads and schedule sales calls, continue to follow up on inbound lead pipeline until they convert to an opportunity or until passed back to the BDR.
  • Sales Calls & Closing: Lead discovery calls, consult sales appointments/demos with qualified prospects and close deals, maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow up.
  • CRM Management: Log and track all calls, emails, and opportunities in our CRM – this is non-negotiable.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline, and performance
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct cold email campaigns and phone outreach to generate opportunities with home service businesses (and other industries as defined by leadership) when necessary to help fill the pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
  • A self-started that isn’t happy with the base salary
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably digital marketing or B2B services)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets
  • Strong English proficiency (required)

  • Plan to hit your call metrics by calling people and hanging up on them

Sales Expectations & Commission
  • Sales cycle averages 7–21 days, though may vary
  • Expectation to close at least 4 deals per month
  • Services typically range from $1,000–$2,500/month (with some exceeding $5,000/month)
  • Commission: 20% of the first month’s service fee (e.g., $1,000 deal = $200 commission)
